FAQ
1. Q: I installed the Review Blog Theme/System and created a new category
specifically for reviews, but I am unable to see the new category
listed under the SB Rating settings. Why is that?
A: The category must contain at least one post before you will be able to
designate it as a review category.
2. Q: I read through your sales page and I like what I see. I would like to
promote your product to my customers. Do you offer an affiliate program?
How do I sign up?
A: Please visit our affiliate sign-up page.
3. Q: What version of WordPress is included with the Review Blog System?
A: The version included in your package will have the latest stable version
of WordPress, currently 3.2
4. Q: I am unable to leave a review. The category is properly defined and I am
able to see other reviews, just can not leave my own. Why?
A: Please keep in mind that each user is able to only leave one review for
each product. If you have already left a review, you will not be
presented with an opportunity to leave another. You will, however, be
able to to leave another comment if you wish.
5. Q. I am the only person able to leave reviews. My visitors do not have that
opportunity. Why?
A. Please make sure that the Membership settings are set to allow visitors
to leave comments. To change, go to Dashboard, then Settings, then
General and look for "Membership".
6. Q. My new post is in the correct review category, but I do not see the stars
at the top of the post. What am I doing wrong?
A. Nothing! The stars will show up automatically as soon as the first
comment is posted. In other words the stars are hidden until your post
has at least one review.
